📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain integrated systems using Notion, Smartsheet, AppSheet, Google Workspace.
• Develop automated workflows with low-code/no-code tools such as AppSheet and integrations.
• Create, maintain, and improve SOPs documenting processes and workflows.
• Manage and optimize data flows across CRM, project management, inventory, and reporting.
• Integrate marketing and ops platforms by linking websites, CRM, quoting, and communications.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and boost efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms like AppSheet, Zapier, Make.
• Strong knowledge of systems design, data management, and workflow optimization.
• Experience with Notion, Smartsheet, Xero, Google Workspace, and related tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex processes into efficient automated solutions.
• Excellent communication and documentation; explain tech concepts to non-tech users.
