📋 Description

• Designing and maintaining integrated systems across Notion, Smartsheet, AppSheet, and Google Workspace.
• Developing automated workflows using low-code/no-code tools (AppSheet, connectors, integrations).
• Creating, maintaining, and improving SOPs to document processes and instructions.
• Managing and optimizing data flows across CRM, project management, inventory, and reporting.
• Integrating marketing and operations platforms by connecting websites, CRM, and tools.
• Identifying opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and boost operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms (AppSheet, Zapier, Make, or similar).
• Strong understanding of systems design, data management, workflow optimization, and process improvement.
• Experience with productivity and business tools such as Notion, Smartsheet, Xero, Google Workspace.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to technical details.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills; explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage priorities and deliver remotely.
