📋 Description

• Lead daily operations of the vehicle inspection department.
• Manage inspectors, apprentices, and technicians to ensure productivity.
• Ensure vehicles meet quality and safety standards before retail.
• Monitor timelines and QC processes to keep on schedule.
• Establish and track department KPIs and production metrics.
• Coach and develop team; foster collaboration and ownership.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years automotive experience with at least 3 years in leadership/management.
• Strong understanding of vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and QA standards.
• Experience managing technicians, inspectors, or production teams.
• 310S license strongly preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Leadership, coaching, accountability, and team development.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
