Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive products, parts, and support procedures
Assist customers with sales questions and product installation needs
Act as technical expert for customers and sales teams
Provide detailed technical information on equipment and parts
Diagnose and resolve installation questions with vehicle knowledge
Collaborate with Sales and Engineering to relay feedback

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Professional hands-on vehicle maintenance experience
Strong understanding of automotive systems and maintenance
ASE Automotive Certification or equivalent preferred
About 2 years of customer-facing service experience preferred
Ability to explain technical automotive information clearly
