🎯 Requirements

• Professional fluency in Japanese (N1 or equivalent)
• Hands-on vehicle testing experience (ADAS, dynamics, low-voltage)
• Background in systems engineering, test engineering, or automotive validation
• Proven leadership coordinating external partners/suppliers
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive consensus
• Willingness to travel to Japan up to 50% of the time
