Autonomous Driving Test Operator

📋 Description

• Operate prototype autonomous vehicles in real-world driving environments safely.
• Act as eyes and ears for engineering teams, monitor vehicle behavior, and provide actionable
• Collect and annotate data, coordinating with AV Test Operations and cross‑functional teams.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, basic troubleshooting, and maintain vehicle readiness.
• Respond to incidents, document reports, and uphold safety and professionalism with passengers and

🎯 Requirements

• Education: High school diploma (or GED) with at least 5 years of licensed driving experience.
• Licensing: Valid Nevada Driver’s License with a clean record (past 3 years, no DUIs within 10
• Skills: Comfortable with smartphones/navigation, strong English communication, and teamwork.
• Work environment: Able to stay calm and safety-focused in dynamic driving settings; flexible
• Preferred: Experience giving subjective feedback on vehicle behavior and environment; prior AV
