Autonomous Vehicle Operator, Santa Clara(Overnight Shift, 12-Month Duration)

📋 Description

• Operate autonomous test vehicles in manual and autonomous mode up to 8 hours/day.
• Collect data using proprietary software & hardware and report feedback to engineers.
• Troubleshoot real-time issues with Mission Operations to meet mileage goals.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections before/after missions.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance (e.g., washing, tire inflation).
• Occasionally interact with the public to educate on autonomous tech and represent the company.

🎯 Requirements

• Current California driver’s license; 3+ years US driving history.
• Clean driving record; pass background check and drug test.
• Strong communication skills; comfortable with Slack/Google Meet.
• Comfort with laptops/tablets; documentation and real-time workflows.
• Self-driven, reliable, punctual with attendance; able to work 5 days/week (Overnight
• Ability to adapt to evolving conditions and maintain safety protocols while driving.
