Autonomous Vehicle Operator, South San Francisco (AM Shift, 12-Month Duration)

📋 Description

• Operate autonomous test vehicles in manual and autonomous mode up to 8 hours/day on a fixed shift
• Train and work with proprietary software/hardware to collect real-world data for self-driving tech.
• Troubleshoot issues in real time with Mission Operations and hit mileage targets.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance (e.g., washing, tire air).
• Engage with the public as needed and represent the company during high-profile ridealongs.
• Monitor onboard safety and navigation systems with strict safety protocol adherence.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 days/week availability on the specified early-morning shifts (various Mon-Sat patterns).
• Current California driver’s license and 3+ years US license history; clean driving record; able to
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving; comfortable with
• Self-driven, reliable, punctual, and able to adapt to changing conditions.
• Ability to work independently or in small groups without direct supervision.
