AV Consultant Liaison

📋 Description

• Develop and execute a consultant engagement strategy across priority North American AV consultant firms.
• Build senior relationships with principals, designers, engineers, project managers, and specification leaders.
• Drive awareness of NETGEAR Pro AV solutions via consultant briefings, lunch-and-learns, design reviews, webinars, and events.
• Position NETGEAR as a trusted partner for AV-over-IP, broadcast AV, and enterprise AV projects.
• Influence early-stage project requirements, basis-of-design decisions, and consultant recommendations where NETGEAR fits.
• Partner with NETGEAR sales leaders to identify consultant-led projects and connect specification influence to opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years in professional audiovisual, broadcast AV, AV-over-IP, or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience working with AV consultants, design engineers, integrators, or end users in Pro AV.
• Strong understanding of AV-over-IP architectures, managed switching, network design concepts, multicast, VLANs, QoS, and PoE.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, written communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for consultant meetings and industry events.
