Conduct pre-ride certification and periodic re-evaluations.
Provide ride-along coaching and real-time feedback.
Identify knowledge gaps and develop training materials.
Update programs with Fleet Specialist and Operations as needed.
Maintain training records, certifications, and compliance documents.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of clean driving record.
Experience instructing and certifying drivers in a workplace.
Safety-first mindset with a proven track record.
Clear communication to convey protocols and procedures.
Basic English for reading ops docs and overseas team comms.
Nice to have: Large vehicle license.
