AV Engineer

📋 Description

• Manage preventive maintenance for conference rooms and phone booths
• Perform daily room sweeps to identify and fix AV issues
• Respond to AV tickets, diagnose, and repair within defined targets
• Support live events, including setup and technical support
• Maintain digital signage and office background music systems
• Maintain common-area displays and shared AV equipment

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years supporting AV, IT, or workplace technology
• Hands-on experience with video conferencing systems (Zoom Rooms preferred, Logitech or equivalent)
• Comfort with displays, mounts, cabling, and HDMI/USB signal flow
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP, VLANs, PoE, DHCP)
• Ticket-driven support experience with clear documentation
• A service orientation that holds up under pressure
