📋 Description

• Design, build, and ship internal tools and integrations that monitor, test, and manage AV and
• Develop fleet health monitoring and automated room testing that catch failures before users report
• Build integrations across device and platform APIs — Q-SYS (including plugins and Lua control
• Automate repetitive operational work: provisioning, configuration baselines, drift detection
• Own administration and lifecycle of the software platforms behind the AV estate, including firmware
• Operate internal tools as production services, with monitoring, alerting, service metrics, and

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience across AV, collaboration, or IT systems engineering, including 4+ years
• Fluent in at least one general-purpose language: Python, Lua, Go, TypeScript, or similar — and
• Practice engineering fundamentals by default: Git-based workflows, code review, automated testing
• Understand how AV and collaboration systems work: DSP and control, conferencing platforms, room
• Have built integrations against REST APIs, webhooks, and vendor SDKs, and know how to handle auth
• Have owned a tool or service in production over time, not just written it, including fixing it when
