AV & Events Engineer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure event tech needs.
• Perform daily checks of conference rooms to ensure full functionality.
• Operate A/V equipment (Zoom, Crestron, QSYS, Logitech, Neat).
• Plan and support events from 300+ attendees to small meetings.
• Edit videos with Adobe Creative Suite and maintain a video library.
• Troubleshoot A/V and network issues affecting events.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years servicing video conferencing rooms and L2/L3 AV support.
• Experience in corporate live events, conference centers, or hotel AV a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills with creative solutions.
• Flexible schedule for night/weekend maintenance or travel.
• Proficiency with event production and conferencing tech (Yamaha, TriCaster, ATEM, Zoom Rooms).
