📋 Description

Lead and grow Stripe's global AV Events team; hands-on leadership
Provide a forward-looking AV roadmap for 2-3 years
Deliver and support virtual and live events, streaming, and VOD
Partner with executives and cross-functional teams with a customer focus
Mentor AV producers, operators, and broadcast engineers
Travel to Stripe offices as needed

🎯 Requirements

5+ years leading a global AV events or production team
Experience delivering technical solutions in high-growth environments
Ability to create documentation, knowledge bases, and run books
Experience interfacing with executives and senior leaders
