📋 Description

• Define and own the mechanical design across prototype, product, and long term R&D.
• Deliver mechanical modules and solutions for the vehicle platform with high technical execution.
• Collaborate with electrical, software, planning, procurement, and production teams.
• Own industrialization and manufacturing from prototype to production ramp.
• Mentor contributors and managers; foster career development and technical rigor.
• Coordinate with leadership and TPM to define timelines and priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or related field.
• 8+ years professional engineering experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven mechanical design excellence delivering products at low and high volumes.
• Experience with automotive or consumer electronics product cycles, including qualification
• Strong communicator able to advocate for mechanical design with engineers, leadership, and
• Proven ability to recruit, mentor, and scale a world-class team.

🎁 Benefits

• Base pay range: $176,400 – $264,600 (USD).
