AV Production Manager

📋 Description

• Own the AV production for all Acquisition.com workshops from setup to teardown.
• Configure and test AV gear: projectors, LED walls, displays, audio, lighting.
• Run rehearsals with speakers to ensure cues and transitions are ready.
• Load and manage presentation decks, updating revisions as needed.
• Execute all AV cues per Run of Show during workshops.
• Monitor audio, video, lighting, and playback live.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting AV production for live events, conferences, or similar productions.
• Experience operating professional audio, video, lighting, and presentation systems.
• Strong knowledge of AV workflows, playback, signal flow, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting speakers through technical rehearsals and live presentations.
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
