AV Technician

📋 Description

• Support AV/VC solutions locally and globally to support in-region teams.
• Support events around the SpaceX office from an audio/visual standpoint, and occasional
• Respond promptly to requests for technical support via email, ticketing, and chat as needed.
• Responsible for troubleshooting hardware and applications, providing technical support, and problem
• Exhibit a high level of professionalism and are passionate about providing outstanding customer
• Document the status of issues and provide updates to management, team, and end users.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 1+ years of professional experience in AV support.
• Professional experience in live audio and video production or video conferencing solutions and
• Professional experience with Mac or Windows OS.
