Avionic Hardware Engineer

📋 Description

• Own integration of avionic systems onto Helsing’s drone platforms.
• Work across hardware/software boundaries to drive fault isolation and production scalability.
• Contribute to system architecture decisions and LRU selection from design cycle start.
• Integrate avionic LRUs onto airframes, including mounting, harness routing, and configuration
• Develop and execute hardware/software integration, board bring-up, and interface verification.
• Perform system-level fault isolation across hardware, software and mechanical boundaries with

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with avionics or embedded hardware in UAV/defence contexts.
• Hands-on capability across hardware/software interfaces, including firmware bring-up and debugging
• Ability to perform fault analysis, root cause investigations and drive corrective actions to
• Knowledge of productionisation, serialisation, and workmanship standards for scale.
• Familiarity with design reviews, requirements traceability, and safety-related concepts in avionic
