📋 Description

• Lead and grow the Avionics Components team
• Own sensor/actuator components for avionics systems
• Collaborate across disciplines on spacecraft sensor architectures
• Align hardware development with overall program schedule
• Drive design, verification, and integration of in-house hardware

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. or higher in electrical/computer engineering or similar
• 5+ years in fast-paced product design cycles
• 5+ years board-level experience from concept to production
• Strong hardware mindset and teamwork in fast-paced settings
• Hands-on ability to design, build, test hardware from scratch
• Proven ability to lead and communicate with multiple disciplines
