• Guide avionics, RF, and power system design for Haven-1.

• Lead FMEA and verification/validation data to prevent failures.
\n
• Collaborate with hardware teams to ensure build practices align with design intent.
\n
• Drive test methodologies and lead design reviews across milestones.
\n
• Ensure design criteria support flight, launch, and ground support.
\n
• Establish acceptance and qualification test standards for flight systems.
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Aerospace, Physics, or related field.
\n
• 6+ years in responsible engineering, design ownership, systems integration, or reliability.
\n
• 10+ years in responsible engineering, systems integration, or reliability-focused development.
\n
• Hands-on experience designing, assembling, integrating, or testing hardware.
\n
• Background with spacecraft, aircraft, launch vehicles, or safety-critical systems.
\n
• Strong scripting and data analysis skills (Python, MATLAB, Excel) and Tableau.
\n
