Avionics Integration & Test Engineer (Starshield)

📋 Description

• Design and validate electrical ground support equipment for Starshield testing
• Identify root causes from non-conforming electrical hardware and propose fixes
• Develop and automate vehicle checkout procedures (self-tests and early-life screens)
• Evaluate proposed flight designs for integration and impacts on vehicle checkouts
• Develop and maintain continuous integration test regression systems
• Interface with software engineers to improve SpaceX automation infrastructure
• Manage integration build flow and test operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer, electrical engineering or physics
• 1+ years design or hands-on manufacturing experience
• Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
• Master's degree in engineering; MATLAB or Python experience
• Experience with avionics, integration and testing
• Documentation and configuration management; travel up to 10% may be required
