Avionics Systems Engineer - Safety Critical Systems

📋 Description

• Lead the technical development of system architectures and define safety critical requirements
• Plan and lead the systems engineering lifecycle from requirements to qualification
• Prepare technical deliverables and documentation
• Create certification and compliance documentation for aviation standards
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Report project status and technical changes to engineering leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, CS or related field
• Experience designing safety critical hardware/software for airborne platforms
• Deep knowledge of avionics HW/SW development and ARP4754/ARP4761, DO-178C/DO-254
• Proven relationship with civil or military aviation authorities
• Strong knowledge of Guidance, Navigation & Control and air vehicle management
• Excellent communication with stakeholders
