Avionics Technician (Falcon & Dragon)

📋 Description

• Fabricate and assemble wire harnesses and electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Self-monitor progress and meet on-time delivery against benchmarks.
• Read and interpret drawings and controlled documentation.
• Record work in the ERP shop floor system.
• Verify flight hardware and document results clearly.
• Assist development of production processes for first runs.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 1+ years of experience using mechanical hand tools or following work instructions
• Associate degree
• Experience in fast-paced production with flight hardware
• Experience in high production with hands-on harness/electro-mechanical/ prototype development
• Able to adapt to constant changing work assignments
