📋 Description

• Identify target prospects based on underwriting appetite and engage agents/brokers for new
• Develop, manage, and strengthen agency and broker relationships to support growth and retention
• Monitor agent/broker activities and coordinate with internal support teams on appointments
• Provide brokers with product, service, and organizational updates; leverage incentive programs
• Maximize participation in industry events to support business development
• Interpret agency production and profitability data for strategic and operational management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or related field
• 8-10 years of experience in insurance sales, agency relations, and agency management
• Active Property & Casualty producer license
• CPCU, RPLU, or comparable insurance designation preferred
• Strong understanding of insurance distribution, agency relationships, sales performance, and broker
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive relationships with agents, brokers, and
