AVP, Clinical Intelligence

📋 Description

• Define and own the enterprise clinical intelligence vision, mission, strategy, and two-to-four-year
• Lead multiple teams spanning clinical informatics, care pathways, clinical AI safety, and evaluation
• Translate clinical guidelines, research, and evidence into configurable, scalable clinical pathways
• Partner with engineering, clinical, operational, and business leaders across payer and care
• Establish and enforce enterprise standards governing AI-driven clinical actions, including
• Provide executive leadership for clinical AI safety and decision-making areas involving regulatory

🎯 Requirements

• MD, PhD, or equivalent advanced degree in data science, informatics, public health, a clinical
• At least 15 years of relevant professional experience
• At least 7 years of people-management experience
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information and convert it into clear enterprise
• Proven success influencing strategic decisions across payer and care delivery environments
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and operational realities of clinical care
