📋 Description

• Provide executive leadership for Home Care across multiple sites.
• Lead regional Home Care leaders and drive accountability.
• Oversee multi-site Home Care operations: staffing, scheduling, vendor mgmt.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and operating rhythms for performance.
• Oversee care plans and delivery to support aging in place.
• Oversee quality management, audits, and regulatory readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field; master’s preferred.
• Clinical licensure or equivalent leadership experience preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive leadership in health services admin or related.
• 5+ years of people leadership across distributed operations.
• Strong operational and financial acumen: budgeting and forecasting.
• Deep knowledge of home care operations, regulatory compliance, quality.
