AVP, Mutual Fund Product Manager

📋 Description

• Lead product initiatives for mutual funds (FVIT/VIT).
• Prepare FVIT Board materials; manage agendas and logistics.
• Oversee fund expenses, budgets, and fee analyses.
• Manage Adviser expenses and profitability reporting.
• Oversee prospectus and shareholder report cycles with vendors.
• Maintain FVIT and VIT platform agreements.

🎯 Requirements

• College degree preferred.
• 7-10 years in financial services, preferably mutual funds.
• Knowledge of mutual funds and VA/VIT structures.
• Highly organized; able to maintain and reference complex data.
• Superior attention to detail; process discipline.
• Excellent analytical skills to quantify impacts and synthesize data.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong writing and editorial review of investment material.
• Ability to document and communicate up/down requirements.
• Team player; willing to work beyond role.
• Adept with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 a plus.
