• Design scalable Salesforce solutions with PSA and services automation
• Lead integration of Salesforce core clouds with PSA solutions
• Partner with stakeholders and teams to translate requirements into solutions
• Architect integrations between PSA, ERP, and finance systems
• Recommend Salesforce features and apps to boost services automation
• Mentor teams in Salesforce architecture and delivery best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years Salesforce experience; at least 5 years in architect role
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect preferred
• PSA vendor certifications (Certinia/FinancialForce, Kantata, Kimble) preferred
• Deep expertise in Quote-to-Cash and CPQ (Salesforce CPQ, Agentforce Revenue)
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP/financial systems; middleware (MuleSoft/Workato)
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring across teams
