🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in partner sales/alliances in B2B SaaS; 3+ years managing other managers.
  • Experience owning multi-regional or global partner sales function; strategy across markets.
  • Track record influencing VP/C-suite decisions in Sales; shaping partner motion.
  • Familiar with SI/Delivery, ISV, hyperscalers, and agency partners.
  • Experience designing Partner Sales operating model, coverage, and engagement rules.
  • Strong MarTech understanding; credible with both technical and commercial partners.
