πŸ“‹ Description

  • Own the global Partner Sales function: set strategy, build the operating model, and align AMER, EMEA, and APJ regions.
  • Lead, develop, and performance-manage three Directors and their regional teams (roughly 15 people).
  • Own global partner-influenced and partner-sourced revenue targets; consolidate regional performance for the VP, Partnerships and CRO office.
  • Define and implement a consistent global partner coverage framework: territory-to-partner mapping, engagement rules with Sales, and PQL standards.
  • Drive the partner-first field motion at VP and CRO level and embed partner thinking into Revenue leadership.
  • Maintain executive relationships with Braze's most strategic partners at VP/C-suite level (Deloitte, Accenture, WPP, Publicis, Merkle, AWS, Google Cloud) including joint planning and QBRs.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in partner sales, alliances, or channel sales in B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years at Director level or above managing other managers.
  • Experience owning a multi-regional or global partner sales function; able to set strategy across markets and hold regional leaders accountable.
  • Track record influencing VP and C-suite decisions in Sales; able to shape CRO-level partner motion.
  • Deep familiarity with major partner types (SI/Delivery, Technology/ISV, cloud hyperscalers, agency/holding) at an executive relationship level.
  • Experience building or redesigning a Partner Sales operating model, including coverage frameworks, rules of engagement, and performance management for regional Directors.
  • Strong understanding of the MarTech ecosystem and Braze's place in a composable customer engagement stack; credible to both technical and commercial partners.
