AVP, Patient Access & Pre-Access

📋 Description

• Provide strategic vision, leadership, and operational oversight for Patient Access functions and
• Lead Patient Access assessments, implementations, integrations, virtual registration, public
• Serve as a strategic bridge between business development, implementation teams, client executives
• Lead modernization initiatives covering departmental goals, performance metrics, action plans
• Establish and monitor KPIs, reporting frameworks, and operational performance measures to identify
• Build strong relationships with operational and executive stakeholders while promoting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional
• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle, Patient Access, or Pre-Access within a hospital or large
• 5+ years of leadership experience, including responsibility for large or geographically dispersed
• Experience managing multiple health systems; acute-care experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated success translating strategic initiatives, organizational goals, and vision into
• Strong experience with healthcare provider finance operations or a comparable service environment.

• Annual base salary of $111,800–$160,000, depending on experience and other job-related factors.
