AVP - Portfolio Analyst

📋 Description

• Serve as primary contact for borrowers and lenders in Servicing.
• Manage a portfolio of commercial mortgage loans, including complex transactions.
• Ensure compliance with loan documents, inter-creditor, and servicing agreements.
• Monitor and process loan-related matters; escalate when necessary.
• Maintain knowledge of loan documents, lender agreements, and servicing contracts.
• Prepare underwriting recommendations with Berkadia managers or external lenders.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in commercial real estate loan servicing or portfolio management.
• Knowledge of loan documents, inter-creditor, and servicing agreements.
• Ability to analyze operating statements, rent rolls, and financials.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with McCracken Strategy.
• Excellent organization and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills across internal and external stakeholders.
