Build trusted relationships with sales teams and firm partners.
Partner with functional business leaders to identify root causes of escalations.
Drive efficiency by streamlining workflows and standardizing processes.
Champion self-service offerings to reduce manual inquiries.

🎯 Requirements

A Bachelor's degree, and/or equivalent experience.
8+ years in annuity/financial services operations with progressive leadership.
Proven track record building relationships with sales orgs, partners, and leaders.
Ability to influence and drive cross-functional outcomes with senior leaders.
Ability to drive operational efficiency and adoption of self-service/automation.
Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
