AVP, Senior Product Manager - Agentic Workflows

📋 Description

• Partner directly with business teams to understand workflows, identify operational challenges, and
• Regularly engage with users at offices and field locations to observe processes, gather insights
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and maintain a prioritized backlog of AI
• Design, build, test, and iterate AI-powered workflow prototypes using modern AI tools, development
• Present prototypes and proposed solutions to stakeholders, gather feedback, and continuously refine
• Lead products through the lifecycle from discovery and solution design through implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related
• 8+ years of product management experience with a demonstrated track record of delivering AI
• Experience managing products across the full lifecycle, including discovery, solution design
• Proven experience collaborating with software engineering teams and translating business
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including large language models, prompt engineering
• Hands-on ability to independently prototype AI-enabled solutions using modern AI development tools
