📋 Description

• Develop and execute Greeley’s technology advancement roadmap aligned with strategic growth priorities.
• Identify AI-enabled, automation, analytics, and digital product opportunities to differentiate services.
• Monitor emerging technologies, market trends, and competitors to guide innovation.
• Partner with leadership to set technology investment priorities and long-term strategies.
• Lead AI-enabled service development across credentialing, privileging, and medical staff services.
• Translate intellectual capital into scalable tools, workflows, and digital solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Significant experience in technology strategy, innovation, or related leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience evaluating and executing build-versus-buy technology strategies.
• Experience developing business plans, investment cases, and executive-level recommendations.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, analytics, and digital product development.
• Demonstrated ability to identify market opportunities and translate concepts into commercially viable offerings.
