📋 Description

  • Develop and execute a Total Rewards strategy aligned with PE expectations.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (required).
  • 12+ years Total Rewards experience including comp, benefits, payroll, equity, and HR systems.
  • Experience with private-equity backed environments; NSOs and long-term equity plans.
  • Extensive multi-state payroll experience (45 states) and payroll tax compliance.
  • HRIS/HR tech expertise; Workday, UltiPro, Carta, DOMO; systems implementation.
  • Change management, audits/compliance, and controls expertise.
  • Executive presence and strong communication; partner with senior leaders.
