AVP, Treasury/Capital Markets

📋 Description

• Own the Funding Agreement and FABN deals from issuance to maturity.
• Coordinate with Legal, Statutory Reporting, auditors, and external counsel.
• Lead Quarterly FABN Program Update: due diligence, disclosures, and signatures.
• Manage deal documentation workflows: notes, letters, filings, packets.
• Maintain deal tracking, payment schedules, and accruals across issuances.
• Serve as primary operational coordinator across Treasury Operations, Investment Ops, Finance, and Legal.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field
• 5–8 years of professional experience with a track record of owning and improving operational processes
• Fast starter who takes initiative and improves complex processes
• Exceptional attention to detail in high-volume, multi-workstream environments
• Strong coordination and communication across multiple internal teams and external counterparties
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
