📋 Description

Operate and monitor AWS cloud environments.
Handle customer service requests, incidents, and SLA-based support.

🎯 Requirements

Proven experience in cloud operations or DevOps roles.
Strong knowledge of AWS core services (EC2, ELB) and Linux.
Experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code.
Cloud best practices and DevOps principles.
Troubleshoot DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP networking.
Fluent English, spoken and written.
