AWS Connect Developer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows, including contact
• Develop and maintain Python-based AWS Lambda functions to extend contact center capabilities
• Design, implement, and optimize DynamoDB data models to support efficient contact center data
• Build and maintain secure RESTful API integrations using Amazon API Gateway and AWS Lambda
• Provision, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform, ensuring consistency
• Develop and manage GitLab CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, support code reviews, and facilitate

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Between 8 and 15 years of overall IT experience.
• At least 3–4 years of cloud engineering experience.
• At least 4 years of experience administering, supporting, engineering, or troubleshooting Microsoft
• An active associate-level cloud service provider certification from AWS, Microsoft Azure, Oracle
• Hands-on experience configuring and administering Amazon Connect, including advanced IVR design
