Azure Automation & Integration Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain Azure Function Apps, Runbooks, and Logic Apps.
• Build integrations with Azure services: Storage Accounts, Service Bus, App Services, Key Vault.
• Respond to incidents and support tickets per SLAs.
• Investigate and troubleshoot automation and integration failures.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell and Python scripts for automation tasks.
• Produce technical docs, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on development with Azure Automation (Function Apps, Logic Apps, Runbooks).
• Experience using Azure services: Storage Accounts, Service Bus, App Services, Key Vault.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and ops support.
• Experience with source control, code reviews, modular deployment, testing.
• ITSM experience with ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or Zendesk.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication; ability to manage multiple priorities.
