📋 Description

• Monitor and maintain Azure and Microsoft 365 services across identity, networking, compute
• Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, recurring problems, and performance issues in
• Implement approved infrastructure and configuration changes while following applicable
• Maintain accurate configuration records and support release, maintenance, and service-management
• Perform assigned backup, recovery, access management, health-check, and capacity-management
• Monitor service health and identify potential issues before they affect users or business

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working with Azure, Microsoft 365, or enterprise cloud operations.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Azure networking, and
• Strong troubleshooting skills across identity, networking, endpoint, application, and cloud service
• Experience working within ticketing, incident-management, change-control, and knowledge-management
• Ability to perform routine cloud and infrastructure maintenance, monitoring, updates, backups, and
• Strong technical documentation skills, with the ability to create clear runbooks, knowledge
