📋 Description

• Design, implement, and review B2B credit policies for SMEs.
• Drive automation and data analytics to scale decisions for SME credit.
• Collaborate across departments to refine risk-based pricing.
• Act as internal consultant for Sales and Customer Success on portfolio growth and financial health.
• 100% remote role in Brazil with AI-enabled workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related quantitative fields.
• Proven B2B Credit Risk policy, limit management, and risk-based pricing experience.
• Advanced SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker). Python a plus.
• Experience with automated decision engines and credit scoring (Application & Behavior).
• Deep understanding of corporate financials (P&L, Cash Flow); SaaS knowledge a plus.
• Knowledge of Brazilian credit bureaus and regulatory landscape; English a plus.
