B2B CRM Manager

📋 Description

• Design the B2B data model and its sync with the CRM tech stack
• Ensure best practices in data quality, integrations, and legal requirements
• Build lead lifecycle, scoring, routing and SLAs with marketing and sales
• Create marketing nurturing workflows and re-engagement workflows; manage users and permissions
• Work closely with the Operations team on processes, data flows and systems connecting the B2B tools
• Promote the integration of AI solutions into the CRM ecosystem by exploring new use cases and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in marketing automation, CRM or marketing operations, with at least one B2B setup built
• Hands-on HubSpot experience (workflows, forms, lead scoring, lists and its Salesforce integration)
• Proven data migrations and integrations, working with engineering, data teams and marketing
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, B2B privacy rules and consent management
• Engineering bachelor's degree
• Advanced English level; additional languages are a plus
