• Execute Instacart's B2B event calendar flawlessly across premier tradeshows (Cannes Lions, Expo
• Produce event creative assets in close partnership with marketing, creative, and sales teams
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets per event, providing stakeholders across
• Establish a reporting and measurement framework that captures event performance and informs future
• Manage vendor and contract relationships efficiently, handling invoicing and negotiations smoothly

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of B2B event marketing experience
• Hands-on Cannes Lions experience required
• Proven track record managing high-profile tradeshows and industry events
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with contract negotiation and vendor invoicing
