📋 Description

• Execute, support, and supervise pick-and-pack for B2B orders with accuracy.
• Own B2B SOPs on the floor; train on B2B procedures and Smart Fridge.
• Own group-order labeling end-to-end; ensure correct recipient labels.
• Conduct pre-dispatch bag-count and label audit for all B2B orders.
• Manage Smart Fridge restock staging; verify quantities and temperature.
• Track shift metrics using Tableau and Google Sheets.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• 1–2 years experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and familiarity with Slack, reporting tools, and Gmail.
• Detail-oriented in a fast-paced cold-production environment (35°F–40°F).
• Stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Push and pull up to 200 pounds.
