B2B Meta Ads Creative Producer (Contract)

📋 Description

• Review paid advertising account performance and use creative data and insights to develop new ad
• Produce 4–10 new Meta ads each week across static, carousel, and short-form video formats.
• Build creative using existing b-roll, stock footage, client content, screenshots, motion graphics
• Maintain a diverse creative mix across concepts, angles, formats, personas, and messaging.
• Monitor emerging hooks, trends, formats, sounds, and platform-native creative styles across Meta
• Iterate on high-performing creative while analyzing underperforming ads to identify opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating experience producing paid social advertising, including static ads
• At least one or more case studies showing the brief, creative concept, execution, and measurable
• Strong understanding of creative diversification and the difference between genuinely new concepts
• Strong awareness of social media trends, hooks, formats, sounds, and styles across Meta, TikTok
• Strong editing skills with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or Figma.
• Ability to produce creative efficiently without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.
