  • Own and build the EMEA B2B partner marketing strategy with stakeholders.
  • Develop joint GTM plans with priority partners (hyperscalers, GSIs, consultancies).
  • Translate partner strategy and market opportunities into focused, measurable plans.
  • Build the operating model for partner marketing across EMEA with rhythms and governance.
  • Partner with alliance, sales, and marketing leaders to create executive narratives and events.
  • Manage investment and co-marketing resources by partner commitment and pipeline.

🎯 Requirements

  • Have 12+ years of experience in partner marketing, alliances, ecosystem GTM, or related roles in enterprise tech, cloud, AI, or SaaS.
  • Proven experience building partner marketing or ecosystem programs with major strategic partners.
  • Strong executive presence and experience with senior partner stakeholders and internal GTM executives.
  • Ability to build systems, planning cadences, and repeatable playbooks from scratch.
  • Strategic and hands-on, with a track record of driving plans from idea to execution.
  • Understand how partner marketing influences awareness, pipeline, deals, and customer value.
