B2B - Sales Development Representative (SDR), Healthcare

📋 Description

• Run AI-assisted outbound campaigns in Artisan; build target lists, messaging.
• Generate new business via multi-channel outbound: calls, email, social selling.
• Work inbound leads from outbound and marketing; qualify quickly with good judgment.
• Partner with Account Executives to develop account strategies for target healthcare orgs.
• Schedule discovery meetings with qualified prospects and decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate prospect and account data in CRM and sales tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 0–4 years in B2B SaaS sales, retail/hospitality, biz dev, or health tech.
• Comfortable with AI tools; experience with AI sales tools or automation a plus.
• Strong communication; can engage new people and build rapport quickly.
• Curious about healthcare ICPs (Medicaid, health plans, hospitals, employers).
• Competitive, coachable, and growth-oriented.
• Able to thrive in a high-activity outbound environment.
