📋 Description

• Support the planning and execution of CRM campaigns across channels such as email, push
• Assist in managing the CRM campaign calendar, helping to coordinate timelines, briefs, approvals
• Contribute to the creation and adaptation of CRM content, including campaign copy, subject lines
• Support the development of audience segmentation and targeting strategies, helping deliver relevant

• Have strong organisational skills and are comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines

• Are fluent in Italian and English
