B2C Growth Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own and execute the B2C growth product strategy to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, and
• Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to drive growth metrics
• Conduct funnel, user behavior, market, and performance analyses to identify opportunities
• Partner with data teams to define metrics and guide product decisions
• Lead user research (surveys, interviews, usability tests) to understand needs
• Collaborate with engineering across the product lifecycle and ensure alignment

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Growth Product Management or 5+ years in B2C PM, or 7+ years PM overall
• Proven track record of driving growth through experiments and data-informed decisions
• Strong experience designing and analyzing A/B tests with independent interpretation
• Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
• Analytical skills for exploratory data analysis and data mining
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with English proficiency
